Oat Syrup is a natural and plant-based sweetener, with a clean sweet taste and slightly buttery and caramel flavor notes from 100% oat flour. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of oat using non-GMO natural cultivated enzymes to break down the complex carbohydrate compounds into short-chain sugar molecules. Oat flour is boiled, filtered and concentrated to viscous syrup and a healthy alternative to refined sugar. Oat syrup is hypoallergenic, gluten-free and vegan. Furthermore, all our oat syrup products are available in Organic & Naturland certified quality.
