• 150g Wheat Flour
• 10g PrOatein®
• 30g Oat Drink Powder
• 20g Brown Rice Syrup
• 10g Cocoa Powder
• 5g Baking Powder
• 120ml water
• 10g coconut oil
• 2g Psyllium Husk Powder
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until all lumps have dissolved. Wipe the edge of the dough, otherwise, it will crust during baking.
Place the cup in the microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes at 700 watts. Warning, the cup is hot!
