naVitalo – Green Smoothie
Smoothies are a good way to get a healthy start into the day or a healthy snack during the day. They provide your body with a lot of minerals and vitamins. The great thing about this healthy smoothie is that you don’t even taste any spinach. It’s quick, easy, and done in less than 5 minutes. Who knew healthy could taste so good?
Ingredients for 1 Smoothie:
• 40 g Spinach
• 50 g Banana
• 30 g Kiwi
• 50 g Almond Rice Drink Powder
• 150 ml Water
Cut banana and kiwi in to small pieces. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix unitl well pureed. If you like your smoothie more sweet, ad a bit of rice syrup.
